Green Light For New Sports Development In Carrigaline

Cork County Council has granted planning permission to Carrigaline Rugby Football Club (RFC) and Carrigaline Athletics Club (AC) for a new multipurpose sports facility at Kilnagleary, Carrigaline.

The impressive project will be developed within a 6.3-hectare green field site. Upon completion, this sporting facility will consist of a 400 m synthetic surface oval-shaped athletic running track, three standard size grass playing pitches with floodlighting, a two-level clubhouse (706 m3 floor area), substantial vehicle parking, soft landscaping and an access road.
