Launch of Campervan Fundraising Draw

On Saturday the 23rd of September last, the official launch of the WinaNewCamperVan draw took place at the rear of Barry Collins SuperValu in Carrigaline. The launch was attended by, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Simon Coveney and Minister for Finance Michael McGrath. Councillor Séamus McGrath of Cork County Council as well as Councillors Audrey Buckley and Jack White of Carrigaline Municipal District were also in attendance. 

The importance of the project for the development of athletics in the area was illustrated by the attendance of Hamish Adams, CEO of Athletics Ireland. 

The photo shows the above mentioned along with David Collins and Shane McCarthy of SuperValu as well as members of Carrigaline RFC and the Rugby and Athletics Partnership in Carrigaline. 

Tickets for the draw can be bought via the shop on this website or by going to www.winanewcampervan.ie and are €25 for 1, €65 for 3 or €100 for 5. 

It is hoped that significant funds can be raised to contribute towards the cost of the development.
